We also offer an online portal where clients can track the progress of construction on their home and interact with our team in real time. We view our trade partners as an extension of the Patriot Homes’ team and, therefore, hold them to the same high standards when it comes to jobsite conditions, craftsmanship, and customer service. We pride ourselves in providing our trades with honest yet respectful feedback and prompt payment upon completion of their work.

From builder to builder, there’s little variation in the process in which a home is built. We differentiate ourselves by remaining engaged in every step of the building process, regularly incorporating client feedback, and evaluating internal practices and procedures to identify opportunities for enhancing our clients’ building experience. Our building area is limited to ensure daily superintendent site visits and, through the use of  technology as well as recurring in-person meetings, every member of our team stays up to date on the latest jobsite activity. This means our clients receive consistent information regardless of whether they call into the office or speak with a superintendent in the field.

We’re fanatical about the details and dedicated to building homes with the highest level of quality and craftsmanship. The decision to change products or vendors is weighed heavily to determine whether cost and performance will be of value to our clients. After exhaustive research, we proactively adopt innovative building materials and techniques that surpass industry standards resulting in a better built home. Every Patriot built home also comes with a one-year limited warranty serviced by our staff guaranteeing repair or replacement of items due to defective workmanship or materials.
