About Patriot Homes

I had the pleasure of inspecting one of these homes this week and it was absolutely stunning. The workmanship as well as the fit and finish was absolutely top notch. Brian takes great pride in his work and it most definitely shows.

Sold a Patriot Home in Tiffany Lakes. Outstanding detail and construction, mechanical and aesthetic. Beautiful finishing with a builder who is involved and cares. I will seek out a Patriot home for clients if I know they are building in an area. Highly recommend!

I have been a realtor for almost 35 years. I started my career with builders and new construction. I have had a long history of representing builders as a seller's agent and also representing buyers in new construction. I have recently had the pleasure of working with Brian and Patriot Homes as a buyer's agent on two new homes over the past two years. The first home was under construction when we entered into a contract and the second was a custom-built home.

Throughout my career there have been varying degrees of satisfaction from the initial meet and greet, plan development, inevitable changes, the finished product and after closing service. Brian and his team at Patriot Homes did an excellent job meeting and exceeding my client's expectations. Their team is proactive! The final walk-through, with my most recent custom build, was amazingly impressive! My clients were WOWED and, needless to say, so was I. The home was nearly perfect and we had to work to find something that may have been overlooked. My previous experience was likewise, which is why I didn't hesitate to support my client's decision to build with Patriot Homes.

The team at Patriot Homes aims for perfection and aims to please! Their attention to detail and genuine commitment to customer service was apparent from start to finish. I look forward to the opportunity to work with Brian and his team again.

This was our first custom build and Brian made everything seem approachable and accessible. He and his staff at Patriot Homes made us feel like a part of the process and gave us a sense of ownership of the process from the first day. I had some very specific requests for the basement finish and Brian helped me achieve my goals above and beyond my expectations. I'm so happy with my 'forever home' but if I ever have the opportunity to build again I will call Patriot Homes first. What could have been a stressful experience was pure joy.

We have had four other new homes and this home built by Patriot Homes is by far superior in quality. They go above and beyond and the details show in the quality of the construction. I would highly recommend Patriot Homes for your next home builder.

We have moved about every 6 years to various locations across the Midwest region. Each area we purchased a new home. The home that we purchased from Patriot Homes was by far the best one in terms of construction, quality, attention to detail, responsiveness from every level of the company. I am not a person that writes a lot of reviews, but I wanted to write this review to show my appreciation to this company's for its effort and professionalism in building this home for my family. Job well done. Thank you.

We would HIGHLY recommend Patriot Homes to anyone building in Kansas City. We loved working with them! The team was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer any and all questions we had, thoroughly explain all aspects of the building process, and never looked down on us for not knowing something. We communicated with the same three team members throughout the entire build, and anytime we called or messaged them about our home, they knew exactly what was going on. When you build with Patriot Homes, you develop a relationship with their people, and you are so much more than just a number to them.

We also loved how they empowered us with the knowledge that we needed to continue maintaining the home. They walked us through all of the mechanical aspects of our house, how to care for and clean everything, and generally how to be a homeowner. They were the perfect builder to work with on our first home, because when we finished we felt confident in our ability to keep the home beautiful for years to come.

Not only were the people at Patriot great to work with, the build quality of their homes was exquisite. Every time our realtor was walking through our house, he would point out high-quality structural and design aspects that were far and above any other new build homes he had seen. All of the external design partners we worked with were helpful, wonderful and knowledgeable as well. I have full faith that our house will stand the test of time, and we are so happy with the finished product.
