Choose a Floor Plan & Homesite
Once you've selected a new home community, the onsite real estate agent can assist with identifying a floor plan and accompanying homesite to best suit your lifestyle and budget as well as help you get pre-qualified with a mortgage lender. We'll meet with you to discuss customization options and pricing, provide an overview of the build process, and answer any questions you may have before going to contract.
Construction Kick-Off Meeting
We'll introduce you to our team and confirm the details of your build, review the construction schedule, finalize any additional floor plan modifications, and have you make some initial design selections. We'll also provide a brief overview of our online client portal where you'll be able to track the progress of your home in real time, send messages, make selections, pay invoices, and more.
Construction & Design Selections
Once construction is underway, your home will quickly begin to take shape! During this time you'll meet with our designers to select interior and exterior finishes - everything from paint and tile to countertops, light fixtures, cabinet hardware, and more. Other items such as plumbing fixtures, appliances, and door profiles are chosen through the online client portal.
Homeowner Orientation
We'll take you through the home and provide a comprehensive overview of the mechanical and electrical systems, identify final touch-ups and/or adjustments needed prior to closing, and answer any questions you may have.
Final Walkthrough & Closing Day
The day before closing, we'll do a final walkthrough of the home to ensure all touch-ups and/or adjustments have been addressed and provide you with information about our limited home warranty. On your closing day, you'll meet with the escrow manager at our preferred title company to review and sign closing documents. Once the paperwork has been processed, you'll receive the keys to your new home and can celebrate being a #PatriotProud homeowner!
Home Warranty Period
Your home is covered by a limited home warranty that we'll service three months and 11 months after closing. Information about the warranty program will be provided at the conclusion of your Homeowner Orientation.
