As Construction Superintendent Chris manages the day-to-day construction of every home from drywall finish through completion and conducts a comprehensive Homeowner Orientation with each client prior to closing. With more than two decades of new construction experience, including a background in production home building project management, Chris has an eye for detail and a talent for quickly spotting and mitigating issues during the build process. He understands and values the importance of maintaining strong relationships with the talented tradespeople with whom he oversees and enjoys working with them to execute the client’s individualized design selections to create a home that’s truly one-of-a kind.
