As Construction Superintendent Joe oversees day-to-day field operations of each project from framing through drywall finish and relishes the opportunity to visit with and educate clients about their home when they stop by to check on the progress. A 25-year veteran of the residential construction industry and the first Patriot Homes employee, Joe draws upon his wealth of industry knowledge to ensure the efficacy and accuracy of early-stage construction and monitors work completed on all homes as if he were building his personal residence.
